Contest Brief

The project is located in a green zone, surrounded by pristine nature. The name Sierra Vista has been chosen because the views of each apartment will be that of green valley and mountain range. Sierra = Mountain range. Vista = View

(The logo does not necessarily have to represent the mountain range view idea but it can)
Another important possible design idea (not a must) is that the project is located near the intersection of 3 valleys. Incorporating this geometry may be interesting (please see 'Tri Valley Map' files)
The logo must reflect green living, healthy living, nature and innovation. It must be clean, simple and detailed with high quality.
Symbolism is very important (please see the image ‘symbol’ only for example reference, same separation of each element is not necessary)

****The attached font style must be used but may be modified. Any effects/colors will be accepted.
If you have any questions please ask.

****The winning logo designer will have the possibility to appear in our online content ('logo designed by') such as website, social media, brochures ect. To appear or not will remain a choice by winner. The reason behind this is simple; it's an advantage to help you get new clients and also market your name/team/co. in the middle east and worldwide (our project is also marketed for international expats)
