Contest Brief

I am opening up a nail salon,
- I wanted our logo to be 'vintage chic', 'fun/quirky', 'clean but rustic'.
Any colour is fine but nothing over the top. In my head neutral colours or pastel colours with contrast of dark colours will suit well.
The logo should not be too busy.
Since its a nail salon, the use of the word 'nails' is preferable but not mandatory.

* extra thoughts also not mandatory, is to integrate (google the terms in ' ' to better understand)
- 'nail wheel';
- 'cat silhouette nail art' ;

I have shortlisted a few and given specific comments on the logos. However, I am yet to see one that has totally grabbed me. Instead of going from my project brief, I want to give designers the freedom with creativity, only that the theme should be vintage chic with soft colour palette. I hope designers are thinking outside the box (cartoony logo, flowery logo, rustic, etc - and it does not need nail wheel or nail art or cats). Lastly, I urge all to resubmit using this as a project brief. And after that I will give specific feedback to each one that shows out of the box thinking. Thank you
