I need a logo re-freshed to these specifications: 360 x 80. I then will need the logo submitted in vector format with fonts. I also need an avatar designed that reflects the logo design.

This logo should be playful and fun. But not too childish.

Part One:

I need two versions of the logo submitted:

1-for use on a black background
2-for use on a white background.

Avatar Design:

Then I need an avatar designed for use on Facebook, Twitter, etc. It must be square and 200 x 200.

The logo does not have to have a dolphin in it. Use fonts to make it memorable and interesting. You can combine two different fonts. The words to use in the logo are Yo Oceans!

This logo must be 360px in width. Please make the words Yo Oceans! take up the majority of the width. I can't use a square logo for the logo.
