Contest Brief

Hi there,

I have a logo designed by the previous web admin/web designer of a website I've now been hired to take over. As such I do not have the .psd or .ai file for their logo. I'm not looking for a full re-design, just a touch up. What I'm looking for is this:

1) The current logo is flat and boring. I need it to stand out a bit more. Basically, have something done to it that'll make it pop. The company that owns the logo doesn't want much changed, the colours and general layout need to remain the same as this logo has been used on all of their marketing material.

2) I need a Retina version of the logo, Currently it looks like crap when viewed on mobile. I need it to look good on all platforms.
