Hi everybody,
I need a two-story house plan for the attached land. The criteria are as follows:
1) There should be a boundary surrounding the land with only the main gate and garage door for 2 cars.
2) At least 3 meters should be kept empty at the front of the house whereas 2 meters should be kept empty as well for the other sides except for the garage.
3) Ground floor component:
a) Garden. This is should be between the boundary and the house building.
b) Guest room with side area containing two washbasin and bathroom. Guest room should have two doors, one to enter from outside the house and the another from inside it.
c) Rest room.
d) Kitchen. It should have two doors, one to enter it from outside and the another from inside.
e) Bathroom.
f) Small bedroom.
g) Store room.
h) Stairs to 1st floor.
4) Second floor:
a) A big master room with a bathroom and dressing room.
b) 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and dressing room in each one.
c) Small office.
d) A gym room.
e) Rest room in the middle of the floor.
f) Stairs to the floor.

NOTE: metric system measurements should be used.
