Contest Brief

I have attached 3 pictures. Example Original is an original. Example final is an outline I did but someone on freelancer fixed up. I want skip a step where I don't draw the outline and a freelancer does it for me.

So I need the contest image ready for tracing or colouring in. It needs to be in exact proportion as the original. It needs to be the same style as Example final.

End product must be supplied in PDF and the photoshop or illustrator file attached.

A4 size.
