Contest Brief

Attached you will find my current logo.
I need some modifications to be done to it.
If you look closely the logo resembles a smiling face, but at the same time the eyes should be made of the letters B and W.
This current "face" looks to smiley, I need it to look more "masculine" and "serious"
I also need the letters to be more clear that they are a B and a W, "at the moment the B looks more like an F"
I need the end result to be possible to transfer into 3D and look more like a skull.
