Hi, I need smooth movement(drag & drop cells) of UICollectionViewCells and smooth scrolling like in OneNote app in Apple App Store for iPhone. I have attached basic project which can be utilise to write your code.
Please write code in swift latest version.
I don't want external libraries.
No pod installation. Only allowed is Simple swift code.

Hi, Thanks for your efforts in two contests. Please understand the problem If I press and hold the cell and try to slowly move to left and then suddenly it move to right. I need to stop this sudden movement of cell. It mostly happens when I press the cells on extreme ends.
