Rendering Requirements:
- Client would like slate looking roofing material to replace existing
- Clean stucco finish instead of existing brick and wood panels on gable ends
- See wish photos for examples
- There is a big tree (placed in CAD file and seen in pictures. The idea is to see how the entrance will look with this tree still there). Probably best to do the view from somewhere further back on the driveway (refer to the survey and aerial view of property in Dropbox folder). The client wants their entrance more accentuated than it is now.
