Contest Brief

We are Outlier Linguistic Solutions (www.outlier-linguistics.com), a start-up based in Taiwan. We develop a Chinese dictionary and other Chinese learning tools.

We want to promote our product and our learning system on Youtube, using short and easy-to-understand videos.

So far, we've recorded 5 videos and done a raw-cut for each video by ourselves (Adobe Premier Pro Creative Cloud Version). But we need professional help to make these videos look better.

In detail, we need:

1. video editing, (sound and) image quality enhancement
(see the attached screenshot)

2. animation of Chinese & English text
(we'll give you the text, and tell you when and where it needs to appear, this text will be in English & Chinese, so you need to able to deal with Chinese fonts. We can provide Chinese fonts.)

3. animation of background
(currently, we filmed in front of a white screen)

4. some sound effects, if needed

5. consistent style for all 5 (and more coming) videos

1. "Video_1 (3 attributes), raw cut, 2.wmv" is just the first video in a series of 5. I can provide all 5 videos in Adobe Premier Pro CC Version format, 2GB per file.

We're about to start a Kickstarter Campaign soon, so we need these videos to be finished by 2015-05-22 latest.

We'd pay US$ 80 / video. In total 5 videos (4-5 min each). We can pay more if you can impress us with your skills.

We'll do 3 to 5 more videos within the next month. If you're doing a great job, you can work on the upcoming videos, too.

    Hi guys! Few explanations. This contest wasn't sealed, so the reason I used freelancer's private message system (I did not discuss project details out of freelancer's message system) is quite simple. I have seen my work ripped off and directly copied by other fellow contestants in past contests. I will not risk to be victim of plagiarism again. It is not against any terms and conditions to discuss a project within freelancer's private message system. As a professional, I do highly respect other people work and my own.     Hi freelancers,

    thank you very much for your great work! I know time was short, you had no time to prepare a lot.

    I've chosen mojjjto as winner, because he kept it simple and added nice animations.

      Hi, user "mojjjto" has sent his video in a private message. I don't know why he did it. I am sure you put a lot of effort in your video. It's great! But you have problems opening the Adobe Premier files. So you had no Chinese characters in your video. But this is extremely important here. So, I am not sure whether you can handle Chinese.       Yes, I agree. I have two ideas:
      First, Text rendering the project to remove the background (export RGB+Alpha premiere) That this timing does not move.
      Second,If the first step does not run! The winner gets the final file and add subtitles by sidtw01
