  There are a few things to keep in mind for this contest. This is for a yard sign that people will see while driving by. It's not a good idea to have photos of a real house on a yard sign especially if it's not the house you are advertising. That would be fine for an online ad, but not a yard sign.

     ok.understood...but why did you gave us dimension 24x18 if you want something unusual and shaped for your sign like in example #6 and #7 ?

     Thanks for your question. Those were the basic guidelines, but I'm open to ideas. That size is standard for real estate signs, but I'm willing to consider other options for a really good design.

  For this project I really would like to see some creativity on the sign. It would be easy just to put the logo on the sign and For Sale with a phone number, but that's not what I'm looking for. I want a sign that stands out. Thanks
