Peak Season is a boutique, luxury vacation rental management company based in the Smoky Mountains of TN and NC, but with ambitions to expand into Miami and other urban markets. Peak Season elevates property management to new heights, focusing on luxury properties and white-glove, but unpretentious, service. It is the perfect marriage between urban sophistication and rural welcoming hospitality, by providing high-touch, personalized service but in a rustic, rural setting. Peak Season is looking for a designer to create a brand logo that complements its already established color palette, wordmark, and brand essence.
PS wants the brand and pattern to capture Nature’s curious way of being simultaneous Symmetrical and Harmonious but also Imperfect and Chaotic– snowflakes, flickering fires, waves, etc. They are also interested in potentially weaving more subtle elements of “Seasons”, like perhaps the 23 degree angle of Earth’s tilt to the Sun which creates the seasons. We do not want a typical quadrant of a leaf, a snowflake, a sun etc.
Our slogan is “Venture Higher” which challenges both rental Guests and Homeowners (PS must cater to both audiences) to aspire to Discovery, Adventure, and Freedom. PS is looking for a unique, fresh, modern, illustrative, and mesmerizing logo which has both elements of Concrete Imagery, but also Abstract Movement.
Consider the contrast between [curves, natural elements, and flowing objects] that speak to Peak Season’s promise that it will deliver on an fluid, flowing experience that appeals to our Guests; Versus using [lines, arrows, and points] that speak to our laser-focused methodology for seamlessly operating luxury vacation rental properties that would appeal to our clients, the property Owners. Whether Guest or Owner, Peak Season seeks to always have both audiences reaching new heights, moving Upward and Toward their True North.

The Logo MUST be Modern, Fresh, Luxury, Timeless, Mesmerizing, Intriguing,
Playing off the Central Theme of the [Symmetry + Chaos] found in Nature,
Hand-drawn, Custom, Positive, Aspirational. The Logo MIGHT be Minimalist,
Nature-Oriented, Geometric, Portraying Concrete Images (a Star, a Home, A
Mountain), tones of Movement/Evolution/Revolving
