We received a 60 days' notice from the bank and we didn't know what to do. We knew we had to act quickly. FV negotiated in our behalf with the bank and granted us a second mortgage in less than 5 days!

Je voulais faire un "flip" immobilier mais aucune banque ne voulait me financer même si j'avais 25% de mise de fond. Les autres prêteurs privés ne voulaient pas me prêter car ils se basaient seulement sur l'évaluation municipale. FV s'est basé sur la valeur marchande qu'ils ont déterminé et aucun frais m'a été charger pour faire d'évaluation ! Merci encore mille fois pour votre efficacité !

Instead of 5 credit cards totalling 50000$, I have now 1 second mortgage with 1 payment of 750$. Now I can rebuild my credit and breathe at the same time!
