Proposal cover for Education and Human Resource Development project

Contest Brief

You are designing the cover for a proposal. The proposal is for the modernization of the education system of a state in a west African country.
1. The front cover should incorporate some of the images that we have attached and any others you may incorporate to reflect the themes of: Agriculture, construction, manufacturing, education, and culture. The back cover would have our corporate logo and allow for insertion of contact info.
1. Your final format must allow us to overlay/ superimpose text using Microsoft office. (You may suggest the best location for the title)
2. The documents are letter-sized. So we are looking at cover dimensions of 11 inches high x 17 inches wide. Allow for 1/4 inch spine
3. You may need to Photoshop the images to enhance them.
4. Do include the map but preferably without the colors. Grayscale should work.
5. Your design must be elegant, and sharp.

Winning bid may be contacted to do the letterhead and cards.

    Remember the front is 8.5" x 11" portrait and the back 8.5" x 11" also. As one it is 17" x 11". Review thoroughly the issues we pointed out earlier and tell us if you can meet them.
