We need a custom designed 5.5x8.5 postcard for a dental office.
The postcard will be used to mail to existing patients who are due or overdue for their visit. There are lots of cards out there, but they are either too generic, or too cute, like here http://www.smilemakers.com/shop-by-product/practice-building-tools/recall-cards/custom-recall-cards/dental-recall-cards.html.
And there are none in bigger sizes, like 5.5x8.5, which what we are looking for.

We need something that's motivational, professional, and reflects our identity as a premier family dental practice.

I noticed the custom size preference after I designed my first one. Entries #7 & #8 are to your specs and print ready. If you prefer the tabs on the bottom to be in the same proximity to the edge as the smaller version I can alter it easily.

Please check out #3 & #4 . Please keep in mind the colors are more subtle and will print differently and look much nicer in CMYK. They look very different in RGB mode, which is what displays for the submissions. This is print ready, however, I would prefer to switch out the logo for a higher res version. All colors, fonts, verbage, words on the small tabs, basically every element can be altered upon feedback. This is a very high resolution 300DPI CMYK 6" x 4 1/4" postcard size document.
