Hello!

We need the interior design for the hotel.

What will be required of you?

1. Design of interior space reception in accordance with the attached plan (marked in red)

2. The interior design of the hotel in accordance with the attached plan. (Marked in blue).

How should look like the design?

We expect from you the following:

1. Complete interior design of these facilities in the form of sketches, which includes, but is not limited to - the floors, walls, ceilings (colors, materials, designs), lighting, and furniture.

2. 3-D model of your design. But its not strcitly needed if you can provide great 2d sketch.

Which design we expect?

The hotel is planned in the style of Northern American classics (80's). Please check the following links for better understanding.

It is desirable to use natural materials and colors. Classic, but not austere style, without frills or kitsch. For instructions and attached the logo of the project and some examples. Please read it and use it in your work.

I have few queries:1.can you please help elaborate about the north american classic style. Even if you can share names of hotel that has a similar style will also help.
2.Please let us know the location of the project. This is required to understand the demography of the place and the natural materials that would be relevant.
Please specify the star category (2, 3, 4 or 5 star) of this hotel.
Does the hotel has a tagline or a vision statement?
Can you share actual site pics? Also let me know the architectural style of the overall building?

Do you want only completed images, or do you want a 3D file of the 3D model? An example of this would a DXF file.
