Contest Brief

I have a list of requirements for a customer that can be filled in a variety of ways.

Using either custom built software, already available 3rd party software or a combination of both, please map out your proposed solution and how you would fufill this request.

The winner of the contest will be used in the future for this project if the customer approves of the solution.

Details should include technology / programming language recommended, time to implement and all other pertinent information.
