Whitman Partners is seeking a new design asthetic for our healthcare recruiting company. We are a search firm but we operate like a high-end talent agency. We are looking for design and navigation creativity for the home/landing page. Whitman Partners has a lot of information to convey and organizing it into a beautiful and useable format on the homepage is key so that future pages can be designed based on the results of this contest.
Our name is Whitman Partners. Our current website is www.whitmanpartners.com
We divide out business into three areas:
1) Search - finding jobs for Directors of Surgical Services. We do permanent placement for hospitals and surgery centers.
2) Consulting - Providing speciality consultants for the Operating Room such as Mentoring, Survey Preparedness, Staff Optimization
3) Community - Our "members" Directors of Surgical Services come to us for jobs, original content, industry recognition
"Directors of Surgical Services" are nurses that run the Operating Room (OR) in hospitals.
We want to differentiate our firm from others in how we treat our community/members as "talent" like movie stars, musicians, etc.

Our customers are DIRECTORS (management) not staff nurses. We do not want any nurses or images about nursing on the website. No stethoscopes. No doctors. Images of surgical suites, ORs, hospitals and administrators are okay.
