Hello,

You're welcome to use old-banner.jpg for the soldier and field image. You can also take the soldier out of this image and choose a new field image. A new field image should have a dirt road and be beautiful (sunset maybe again? Just make it beautiful). It's about a road to health (metaphorically). You're welcome to use your own road field image, just use the same soldier with the child from old-banner.jpg.

We would like old-banner.jpg to be updated. I've included our logo files and our original header file old-banner.jpg. Please take the 3 buttons off the top left, put a dark blue gradient bar all the way across the top from left to right (see blue-color-shot.png for that dark blue color gradient). The blue bar should hold the red, blue, and white logo and be a gradient with the lighter part on the bottom being lighter blue. Logo should be aligned left with a little spacing.

The 2 "R"s should be red, the words "Research and Recognition Project" should be white. The "&" between the "R"s should be blue with a whgite outline. It's all easy to do in seconds in the layered file ResearchAndRecognitionProject1.psd I've attached our old logo for color ideas (old-logo.jpg)

Big letters should say "Integrity, Passion, Purpose" unless you're using the old photo. Then it would say exactly what it says now (Integrity, Passion, & Purpose)

Take "THE ROAD BACK A PATH TO SUCCESS" off. Add big words should read, "The Road back… A New Way To Treat PTS" You can put this on 2 lines (starting with "A New") if that looks best.
