Contest Brief

Hi.

I would like you to edit the content and layout of the attached 'apply' PDF.

I would like a slight improvement on the design of the form so it looks professional and easy to use. Half of the initial work has been done already!

The new content can be found on the attached file 'PB Form- 2nd draft'.

The form should be designed so it can be easily filled in online via PDF, saved and e-mailed.

Layout Improvement changes:
- I would like the total number of pages to be from 6-7 (maximum).
- Make use of the space to avoid wasting excess space. (See page 2 on apply.pdf. Too much space is used up in the second column, beside Title, First Name, Surname etc. Try to reduce the number of pages by choosing a better layout of the form.
- Ensure tick boxes, drop down menus and tables are used where appropiate.
- Allow appropiate amount of space for text boxes.

Design features:
- Keep the same layout for page 1.
- Keep the 'Supported by National Zakat Foundation' logo at the bottom and 'Lantern of Knowledge Logo' at the top of each page.
- Change PB1 to PB2.
- Update the colour theme to something different, as the current blue is from last year.
- Try to make the overall design consistent and professional, office standard.
