Contest Brief

I have a website that generates large volumes of traffic, and provides a very valuable service which is in demand. However the sales/conversions are very low and not meeting its potential at all. I require a provide User Experience Designer to assist in reviewing the site/homepage, and developing a new user journey/storyboard, and mock web page for it.
The structure will be there for a web develop to add a new design.

Please provide previous examples of where you have implemented something similar to this task.
