  I think you should ask only for homepage and after the winner selection, you should ask for the inner pages as per the winning design from the winner.

  Hello, Myself Naeem Saiyed. I am a joomla developer and designer. As i understand your site is on joomla 2.5 which is old technology. I prefer you to upgrade it. And my question is can i use any paid template of joomla as a core template and some modification on it. Is it valid for this job???
