NEW RESTAURANT

We are looking for a floorplan for our new restaurant. The restaurant is in a newly built house and is within the red line on the floor plan.

The directions are as follows; south is down, north is up, east is right and west is left.

Large windows with a spectacular view are on the north and east side of the place.

We need two entrances on the south side, one for the restaurant and one for the deli.

The restaurant has to have the following features:

A small deli and take-out area with a connection to the kitchen, around 20 m2 the deli has a seperate entrance to south

Kitchen 50 m2 with connection to both deli/take-out and the dining area. It would be a plus, but not necessary, if the kitchen also had connection to the bar area.

Bar area. Plus if the bar area could work as a waiting area for people waiting for a table.

A fireplace as a kind of centerpiece -- preferably in between the dining hall and bar.

Four WC -- one with access for the disabled.

Staffroom needs to be 15 to 20 m2 -- including a WC. Entrance to the WC cannot be in the kitchen.

The “brown” walls on the plan are movable.

Dwg floor plan files are available.

Ideas -- a floor plan -- can be submitted in pdf, jpg, dwg or psd format.

PLEASE NOTICE: We are looking for ideas not a complete floor plan.
