Hi, I'd like to ask which department is your priority? For your staffs room, how many people will be using this room? Will your back room include stock area, shipping and receiving, break room, restroom, and manager office? This information will help me to determine the appropriate space planning. Thank you.

Can you kindly work with an open concept. I just need you to come up with a design regardless of size or dimension. Thanks

Hi Steve, I'd be glad to submit my concepts for your requirements. One quick question, do you want the interior floor layout only or 3Ds too? If you need both, the prize for now is quite low. If you can stretch it around CAD $300, I'm sure you'd get some quality submissions. Also, please make the contest #sealed. Cheers, Pavan.
