Look, text and objects should basically be the same, but cleaned up - modernized.
MUST HAVE:
- Existing boat art and chart graphics, but fixed up to look more pleasing and modern.
- Text above reading "U.S. Maritime Information System" , text below reading "M/V DB". All fonts Times New Roman.
SHOULD LOOK:
- Somewhat bold
- Serious
- Somewhat modern
- Professional
- Somewhat masculine
- Conservative colors (like original)
Target Market:
Governments (City & state Agencies, Eg. DMV, Public Works), Marina's, Insurance Companies, Boating related agencies/companies.
