I want the bit I have outlined in the image.

Rotated so the beach is at the bottom of the image. I wan where I put the yello line roughly the bottom. (DO NOT LEAVE DISPLAY LINES)

At a bare minimum, I would like that grass area, m the beach and the weird walkway wave (North west one that protrudes on the beach and the SE one that leads on to a pathway.

I would like this section in A4 format please, one JPEG, one PDF. Thanks.
