I require a simple cartoon character designed. The design will be used on a hot/cold pack for kids

Spec as follows:

Chosen animal: Penguin
cute design for kids
simple/minimal design for ease of printing onto PVC
colours: black, white, yellow only
approx size: 12cm high

UPDATE: I HAVE ATTACHED SOME IMAGES OF THE SORTS OF DESIGNS I THINK WILL BE SUITABLE. PLEASE BASE YOUR DESIGN ON THESE IDEAS, UNLESS YOU FEEL STRONGLY THAT YOU HAVE A BETTER DESIGN THAT MEETS THE BRIEF
