Contest Brief

I'm trying this method, because language barriers are making for difficult adjustments. I need a newspaper masthead - roughly 10 inches by 4 inches. The title should say "RACING REPORT" and have the name of a city above it in smaller font. This city name must be changeable in the final version of this file. Be creative and remember this is for an auto racing page. This file must also be in a format such as vector, so it can be stretched or shrunk.

      Get Corel installed even as trial and you can open it, edit it as you want, export it jpg/png etc
