Contest Brief

We are looking to update four pages of our Safety Quotient report to match our current branding and having it feature a much more improved flow. We will also require an icon design for the product's process flow

The four pages that will be required are:
- Introduction to Report
- About You - Employer Report
- About You - Employee Report
- Commitment - Employee Report

We will also require the follow icon:
- The three step visual displayed on the introduction page
- The middle circle will say "Safety Self-Awareness"\

Attached you can find the following items:
- Wireframes of the report which provide the layout we are looking for
- Brochures that we current have that will give you an idea of our branding
- The current SQ report we are using
- Keep in mind that these reports have more pages than we are redesigning
- Whitepapers we have
- The SafeSELF and SafeCOACH logos
