Contest Brief
Task Description
Looking for logo designs for a tech start-up company called Tech Pumas.
Here are some key words to bear in mind:
Agile
Empowerment
Speed
High quality
Collaboration
Change
Simple
Clean
The logo should focus on the puma, and the style should be techie. Obviously it shouldn't look like the Puma sports brand. The puma shouldn't look viscous, so no growling or roaring or snarling teeth please.
Colour palette needs to be fresh but professional (i.e. not acidic or funky). Also, not too corporate. Needs to have clean edges, i.e. easy to cut out and apply in various media, so no feather effects or lens flares. Keep it to a maximum of three colours, but feel free to provide alternative colour options. No outer box or background tint but use of negative space is fine.
The font should be professional, not LCD or themed. Simple, smart serif or sans serif, slab etc, but more interesting than Helvetica or Din. I've attached some visual references but looking forward to seeing some amazing, original stuff too.
Target audience is medium to large tech firms, and the company itself is software, consultancy, and Agile-based.
