I couldn't get an answer on StackOverflow for this project:

This MfCopy.exe works fine on Windows-7, and I don't understand why the '-v' option does not work on Windows-8. This is a 2009 Microsoft project. On StackOverflow someone suggested that my machine did not have the same filters. I am a little ignorant of that. Can you guys help me out?
