Contest Brief

This will be for the front of a shirt. It will have the phrase Chase-n-tail. The N in it will be made from two hooks. This will then have fishing line on both hooks that will create the C in chase and L in tail. Over this I will need a redfish tail "tailing" out of the water. If you don't know what a redfish tailing is google it please. This has to be professionally done. I have a company logo that I will have you insert at the end underneath what you have created in the end. If you can not do what I am looking for lets not waste each others time. This will be on shirts that I am selling so I need it not to be a copy cut and paste. This must be designed and made. I will own all rights after it is created. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me. I will need you to be able to submit this in the format , JPEG, PNG, PSD and PDF
