Contest Brief

I need a new logo for a new church starting. I want it to be simple and modern.

The name of the church will be "The Word Church." Our slogan will be "Bring the Word to Life" I have attached 4 examples of the style we are looking for. A couple of symbols that represent the word would be: Lamp, Light, Water, Anchor and Fire. You could also try a text logo. . I drafted one attached (screen shot 2016-2-3, but you would have to make it better and proportioned, maybe with the W standing out somehow.

You might want to try something with a nice TREE or a COMPASS.

The purpose of the logo will be to represent the brand of our church and be on all of our marketing material.

IMPORTANT - I'm starting the bid at $50, but if I get the exact logo I want I will add additional 75 as a bonus/
