Contest Brief

It is a family project of two apartments for two brothers. The apartments must have more or less the same area. Hopefully each apartment includes two slipping rooms, one living room, a kitchen and a bath room with toilet. Ideally, one window for each piece. The total area, the limits and the entry side of the house are fixed (see attached map).

  lol ... That's why I withdrew my proposals ... They were less scored that projects where the furniture was obviously not to scale, the columns were not where they belonged, where the distribution of other rooms meant to access the apartment by private zone (bedrooms) ...

Pending other participants furniture and ergonomic premises are not to scale. Something where columns disappear , but they have to stay . If this does not take into account the installation of partitions will not work nicely like the picture .

I just sent the Correction Department 2, according to the information I was given.

Hi. I just want to know the dimension of the south wall. You made a mistake on your drawing. Each block is 1 square meter, and you have 12.5 blocks long south wall, and by the wall dimension says 11.5m( this is important because it changes dimension of the whole floor width). Thanks.

Hello milosobilic ! the sourhern limit is completely closed for Windows. I considered the Balcony of jamesaduol open only in the eastern limit and not open to the south.

Hello jamesaduol and many thanks for your proposition. I like it very much but it is not possible to have an open sky area in the center of the house because the roof is constructed. However, the balcony near the limits are good idea. Thanks again.

3D is not necessary. All i want to see is a 2d plan of the apartments with the position of the rooms, doors, Windows, etc.

ok, can you draw windows on your plan, give more details about it, the height of windows, walls and all, its gonna bee difficult work in blank page... if you are OK i can draw first some hend drawings for you... if you are OK with them i gonna prepaire the 3d, as you wish

The windows can be on the eastern, western and northern sides. It is not possible to open a window in the southern side of the house.
