I have a plot about 489m2. Three sides have other houses and a 10 road in the front. (SEE PIC ATTACHED)
I am planning on building a 10 or 12 level apartment with 20 - 24 units. Local codes require me to provide one car park per unit so I need to be able to fit 24 cars in an underground parking.

I need a smart design (We cannot use car elevators or any technological solutions), which will fit 24 cars (could be 2 or 3 levels underground) and it should not be awkward.

I also need room for a generator and water tank underground.

We do not have the rest of the building designed yet. We are trying to decide if we should buy the land or not based on whether we can build 20 parking spots or not

planning with no columns is much easier to design ( no problems ) ,so please attach the columns plans due to the layout plan . so our designs will be usable and compatible to your design. thank you

  same for me if you already have designed the upper floors please send the ground floor plan to under stand the inter floor levels and road level to driveway levels and also the grid frame for the constraint of design difficulties..etc

apparently you already have your design in place - save for the cars parking. You would need to provide the dimensioned site plan as well as the grid (column positions) for the proposed building. I can't see any realistic response here without those details. The attached file is not enough. Thanks.
