Contest Brief

It's a 8 year old app that provides speedcam (and other alerts) info needing some freshness

This logo is based on a variation of a traffic sign, showing the 110 km/h speed limit.

The logo is the base for all the alert notification from the mobile app, the website, our forum:

The first version (logo1.png) is really flat and ugly (I designed myself in the beginning)
The second version (logo2.png) is a more iOS Skeuomophic

Some use samples attached: sampleblue.png, samplered.png, samplelight.png, samplespeedbump.png

I need it to be easy to change the colors and the speed, also a blank version so I can put other icons inside. Also need a really following the new guideline for the web site sprite (sprite.png) and favicon

I guess a rounder, more minimalist would be great. Stick with the colors RED, WHITE and BLACK, they are important.

Stay away from the gloss effect, the agressive perspective
