Contest Brief

We have an existing logo with the only two files attached. I do not have the original art files. It needs to be upgraded with the same text and image. Colors and fonts can be changed. A second new version needs to have 'IV' added to the logo. Maybe as a stamp look. Will need different files types and sizes, including transparent backgrounds. Please ask any questions. Thank you.

  It's the fourth year of the festival, so a stamp with the Roman Numerals 'IV' maybe over the text in the right corner? I'm not sure what will look best.
