Our design for the app
The idea is to make the process in 4 steps, each step has a color. The arrow to continue to the next step has the same color next page. I hope you like, is simple, friendly and minimalist. If you choose my design will complete the job with the designs of the dates, lists, display errors and warnings.

Hi Andres,
This is in context to entry #1 . We really like it, but would like you to modify it in two ways:
(1) Can you make the elements you're using identical to the latest Microsoft UI standards? I mean the arrows, etc.
(2) Imagine the entire current design as a box. Can you add a background outside this box? We're thinking of something like those here: https://www.google.com/search?site=&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=&bih=&q=windows+background&btnG=Search+by+image
I understand that you will work on creating the designs of the dates, lists, display errors and warnings, etc., but will you also be completing the HTMLization work?

With regard to HTML, I understand it will be a separate job, I mean, is not contemplated in this contest, no?
