Detailed description


A US-based company is looking for a virtual assistant for a full-time position. We need the assistant to have the following skills:

Excellent English writing and speaking skills: The virtual assistant will have to write essays, reply to emails, have conversations, and follow up with clients via email. Additionally, they will have to make phone calls, schedule meetings, reschedule meetings, make appointments, update clients about our new products, call new clients, and offer our products.

Excellent record-keeping skills: The assistant will have to handle certain paperwork related to our clients. We have made sure to keep all the files in order, and the assistant must have exact knowledge of each of our clients and their pay.

Basic computer skills: The virtual assistant must be able to browse the internet, operate spreadsheets, reply to emails, perform internet research, and operate Chat GBT.

Hours of work: The virtual assistant will have to be available online Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Necessary equipment: The virtual assistant must have a computer with good internet speed, a smartphone, and the ability to install necessary apps for work such as RingCentral. They must have a quiet work environment and a good quality headset for phone calls.

Compensation: The virtual assistant will be paid $100 per week. For the first year, every 12 weeks, the employee will receive a raise of $25 per week. During the second year, the raise of $25 per week will happen once every 24 weeks.
