I am seeking an experienced painter to create a customized, realistic painting from a single personal photograph. The painting must be small, measuring less than 24x24 inches. The subject in the foreground is the silent movie start Mary Pickford. The structure is actually a dark green hedge made of boxwoods. It needs to be colorized and in a watercolor style. I am willing to provide additional details to the artist. If you have the artistic talent and experience necessary to deliver this project, I look forward to working with you.

Probably you named the title wrong. You want colour conversion of this b/w photo or something like that? Because rated entries are all not watercolour paintings.
