we need to create a video of "dramatic cartoon" for about 3 minutes total time.. and it can be made in 2D or 3D... this depends on what better idea we can get from you.. i will leave some examples of video styles in 3D and 2D that we will like to try... we will be waiting for your propositions please!

Do you have script, storyboard, characters and voiceover? You need at least 2 days only for characters design and approval, not to mention the backgrounds and then the animation could start :) So if you can decide who is the winner based on character design, at least give some more information/requirements about characters/backgrounds.

Animating that type of length and quality in 2 days is impossible unless you have about 10 or more animators because 1 minutes of animation is 1500 images. 1 animator can do about 500 images a week. Unless you wish for a 40 sec animation only.
