I have a marketplace website, where sellers (vendors) are using my website for selling their products online. I accept any type of vendor, such as a vendor who is selling clothes, shoes, toys, computers, gifts, mobiles etc.
I am creating an advertised campaign (AdWords and Facebook) and I want to forward the clients to an attractive and impressive web page where the visitors will be happy to get informed about the benefits of doing business with me as well as to register (in a registration form). The registration form is asking for an email, name and surname.
The visitor who will register will have the option to choose between two gifts.

- Not in a long Page. I know that it is a challenge, but my visitors will not like to scroll down a lot.[not so important]
- Attractive Page. The Visitors should feel nice reading and completing the Registration Form. [important]
- Unique Page [not so important]
- Nice Registration Form. [important]
- The visitors should trust me and feel comfortable. [the most important]

No need to write server side scripting.

Make it to be flexible so i can use this webpage for multi-advertised campaign.

Attached, I have just an example of a user interface. I am not good designer, so please follow your design idea.
One nice example is something like this: http://www.ansonika.com/theme_selector/?t=Mastenia_Forms_Wizard.

It should not display a photo of specific products. Vendors from multiple areas will visit this webpage and my aim is to make them register, by giving their name,surname and email!

I don't want to see any menu!
