Contest Brief

We are looking for !!!the best!!! website designer to initially create the mockup of the home page (one page only). The winning freelancer will have to deliver the following upon contest award:
1. PSD file of the mockup
2. all assets used to create the mockup

The chosen winner will be hired to design all sub pages in a new project, too! There will be about 10 more pages afterwards! Prices will be arranged upon delivery of the contest source files and there is a chance to earn up to 350USD for the complete design.

Description of the website:
The website will represent a high quality, exclusive scuba diving school for VIP clients of the higher society. The look and feel must therefore be a high standing standard, very clean and luxury/elegant. However, the aspect of scuba diving must not be lost in the design.

Requirements:
- Check out other diving school websites to get an idea of the structure
- Include a placeholder for the logo of the diving school, and a logo of the certifying association PADI (see padi.com) to bring to attention that we work with them
- Clean and nice look and feel with a modern aspect
- Design must be planned for later conversion into a FULLY RESPONSIVE design

Again: This contest is for one page only. The winner will be hired to complete further pages in a different project!
