I would like to enhance and fix all current bugs at this website and add modern touches by changing/improving current design. The scope will be either to continue on current template and fixing it or providing a better template design (show me what you can do on homepage as landing page!)

No issues to switch to new design based on HTML5,,, but how to deal with this for the gallery, homepage and responsiveness! show me how the page will look like as main important page is home page, and gallery,,, rest of pages is easy and very basic

Sir, your current website is based on wordpress. since your website has less pages Can I suggest a whole new design based on HTML5 ? (no wordpress - so that you won't need to update it regularly )

No issues with the time as long as I can finish the whole thing before end of July,,, but I know that at least one week will be necessary to make adjustments based on my notes...
