Design is all here.
Need a single web page. It is a welcome page, showing a 3-5 links to autonomous webs. This links are shown as their text (like '..w.thisweb.co..'[text & link changeable on raw file]). This links should be emphasized, perhaps more(best idea?) than the headline.
No need of menus or other functions (just legal / disclaimer stuff text only subpages).
So it works as a entrance/portal page.
Idea is a fine big picture / graphic - may be a active flash - with suitable (font, size, color) link text placed somewhere (best idea?) over this pic.
Additional. there should be a short page headline (like 'welcome at x-company' [text changeable on rawfile] with suitable (font, size, color) link text placed somewhere best over this pic
The theme here s sport / technical scuba diving.
It should show a serious appearance, modern and state of art.
This graphic may be a modified photo or a collage, animation (flash) is high welcome.
Just a single photo or any template page copy without any animation/flash is not enough.
After project closing, copyright for whole design work must be legal transferred to buyer.

#17 animation does not mean anything should move, no matter how it looks like. It have to be serious. #17 looks like a simple pic sequenze with a 'cheap' any-kind-animation at a banner. So #5 is far better style, it has a fine pic and a nice placement of headline & links, just no animation....

Just an example: http://scr.templatemonster.com/28700/28751.html here a nice way to change pics - or - http://scr.templatemonster.com/20000/20050.html here just one pic but it assembles in a nice way and shows a 'water-blurred' pic. IMPORTANT just the action is for example to find ideas NOT the shown pic/motives. This templates go for $ 70 whole web and I need just a single page without menu, just a few links ( but background music would be fine.). So hope there should be time for some fine (active)graphic

#7 maybe a few such pictures which change in a interesting way or a pic would be assembled from parts floating into the web page space, Just this yellow fish and this bubbles are too 'cheap', it even degrade the main picture here.

#7 yes now it has a flash. But honestly, this bubbles and the yellow fish does not mesh with the serious diver graphic in harmony. It turns this more to a hmm say, child web style page. the topic is Scuba diving, but more technical, so means diving at a serious style. The pic itself would be ok for this, just too simple / no animation.
