1. User begins to type in the name of their customer service representative.
2. System begins to display name of their customer service representative as soon as there is a match between the first few letter that are typed.
3. User then has the ability to select (click) on the name of their customer service representative and then are linked to the url/page associated with that customer service representative.

We will provide you with a spreadsheet that contains 2 columns. Column 1 will have the customer service representative names, and column 2 will have the url to each individual customer service pages.

This module will be placed into our Wordpress based website.
