Contest Brief

We need a logo for a small company that will provide workshops and an online community for working mothers called "Mamás que Trabajan".

In general,
- We want a flat, clean, 2 color logo
- Avoid things that look like knives or like an industrial / technological product
- The logo needs to have a good balance of female / male. We think can be accomplished by the (rounded?) block letters above and a softer font below. If you can think of a better way, great.

This how we imagine it:
- The logo the acronym "MQT".
- MQT in block letters, but slightly rounded at the bottom or some other form so they do not look to blocky or industrial
- The Q inserted within the (taller) M and T (so the M and T will be sliightly larger than the Q).
- Below the logo, stack the text "Mamás que Trabajan", with "Mamás que" on the top (left?) side and "Trabajan" on the lower (right?) side.

But all this is only our idea and we would not be posting here if we were logo designers or not open to new ones!

Deliverables:
Logo in JPG and in PNG transparency formats, in color, in b&w, in greyscale, positive and reversed

Thanks to all for submissions. Target audience are NOT women executives (with briefcase). They could be factory workers, sales women in department stores, in restaurant chains, in small companies, administrative assistants, etc
