Looking for a 3D rendering or illustration of an building for a sale brochure and sign.

-Attached a samples of the resolution and quality of render would like to see.
- Please follow the same colouring scheme as the 'rough sketch'
- Would like the final image to be Hi-Resolution, good enough to print on a large sign.
- Would like the angle of the image to be straight on the building, at street level (photograph attached 'street level')

DWG and Sketchup file included.

This is breeding corrupt clients. This is a very bad example of contest I have been experiencing - https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Furnishing-a-living-room-279069.html - with the client not responding and choosing an average winner, things that would make anyone ask "what is the point of having a competition then, and not have a simple job posting?". How do you make sure this is not going to happen again with you?
