Hello freelancers! We are hosting a contest to write us an article! Our company provides bulk Internet services for apartment buildings. Since nearly everyone today subscribes to Internet services, we provide internet for an entire apartment building - the owner pays us and then provides an unlimited high-speed internet service as an amenity with rent, just as they include hydro, heat, water, etc. Tenants save money because of the bulk arrangement and they don't have to worry about signing up for Internet when they move in, or cancelling when they move out. The day they move in the Internet is ready for them to go online. Owners have an opportunity to make more money (they can increase rent by more than the amount they pay us for bulk Internet). We can also include WiFi in common areas, so tenants can go to the lobby, gym, laundry room, etc. and still be connected to the Internet.

We're looking for an article to describe how property managers are treating internet more like an amenity, as it becomes needed more and more. We're seeing that property managers actually treat Internet like plumbing or hydro; we want you to research this and see what other property managers are saying, whats trending with other buildings etc and write an article that can be sent to apartment owners to consider our bulk internet-as-an-amenity service.

The contest will be open for 4 days then, we will review ALL entries and select one winner based on content, length and professionalism.
