  I was interested in sending entries but now I am not so sure. Seeing that people who send nothing get stars, and people who work get rejected outright.

     Candrachotwell proves professionalism and interest in her participants' ideas (you should have read what was written inside the entries). Through her rates she was agreeing with the comments of the participants. Instead of arguing your opinions, you could have submitted your entry instead.

     No need to get offended, Candrashotwell. I appreciate your candor, and your willingness to clear misunderstandings. You will agree that It was necessary for me to ask this question. The point I raised was genuine. I have seen participants do the same thing in another contest too. Instead of sending fresh entries, they send statements or old work.

  Hi, there. I'm interested in your contest. I just read the attached document and I'm wondering if you could clarify something. Is Jewels also the name of a person? For instance, the doc says "Jewels wants to enrich her legacy...". Thanks in advance for the additional info :)
